I don’t see what’s wrong with hit chance uphill. Neither blink dagger, to be honest. Things like PA blur when she’s right at your fucking face and still can’t target her are way more annoying.
Sure, blur is annoying, but it’s not mechanically frustrating like the unintuitive behaviour of blink dagger, especially compared to the blink ability. Similarly, miss chance for uphill could be reworked to have lower damage, for example, making it less frustrating.
