13·1 month agoI would argue that Godzilla: King of the Monsters (2019 film) was not as good as the trailer lead me to beleve. Specifically the trailer with Clair de Lune by Debussy. Like they hit some of the beats I was looking forward to, but the I disagree with the execution. Ultimately, I felt the movie rang a tad hollow.
Lots of style, good ideas, lack of meaningful substance.
