    Seems like it? I’m confused as to what the point of their house is if their senate can just to it instead.

      They can’t it works like the us congress. We’re backwards here but not that bad….yet.

      Not too familiar with the rest of the legislature rules but I would assume that if there is no quorum at the end of the session, the process starts over when a lot calls a new one

        I hope so! NPR was suggesting it’s unlikely for the dems to avoid this ultimately, but I hope for the best. I’m in CA and really don’t want to see tit-for-tat disenfranchisement.
