After years of hard work, today we released a big expansion to our game which mainly includes Nord faction and sea battles. If you’re looking for some good action, good sandbox and awesome ship fights, you might want to check it.
Alongside, we’re releasing 1.3 patch after a long while, which brings a giant deal of changes.

Yeah that 1.3 patch looks good, finally some long awaited fixes and quality of life changes.
Bringing it out at the same time as the sea expansion is a bit of a faux pas, but oh well.

Did ya’ll ever implement a more realistic reaction set to executing people? Always thought it was odd that my faction would suddenly hate me for executing the asshole king who had been raiding us for decades, killed my spouse/kids, ate the last grape, and then decided to burn villages to the ground.
Anyway, let us know when the dlc goes on sale for <$5.

Hello, please consider releasing the game for linux
It’s 100% playable on Linux, as a matter of fact I’m playing it on Bazzite right now.
You should consider releasing native builds for linux and direct buying options

Personally i would consider releasing the game for consoles more unnecessary. I guess it all boils down to what your goals are
console port actually brings new players and revenue to the project, while linux is a relatively tiny marketshare of people who already have a way of playing the game
lets be real, their goals are to probably to have a profitable project
It doesn’t anymore… It crashed like 5x today, and that’s not including the times where it froze for 5+ minutes and recovered
I’ve been playing the game just fine on Linux for about 50 hours. Idk if a native build would be that useful

I read that as “War Snails” and was soooo excited for 0.25 seconds.
If you can’t hold your excitement for more than 250 milliseconds - maybe snails are not a very good choice as a fascination target.
I’m surprised because I thought the general consensus was the devs have basically abandoned this game.
Yyyyeeeah it might’ve took a bit of time between previous major patch and the current one, but maybe this release shows consenuī doesn’t always holds true. We were simply busy.
Considering how massive the free update is my guess is they’ve been holding a lot of stuff back but yeah I don’t think there’s been a lot of updates these past months

Sorry, Mordhau’s mêlée combat completely surpasses Mount and Blade’s for me, I tried Bannerlord but there is simply no going back.
