On the heels of the public war of words between President Donald Trump and Elon Musk, anxiety is mounting among the remaining staff of the Musk-founded DOGE, with some staffers worried not only about their future in government but about potentially becoming future targets of the administration, according to sources.

Some DOGE staffers still embedded across federal agencies fear that the rift and public mudslinging between Trump and Musk could leave them vulnerable to political retribution and damage their future job prospects, multiple sources familiar with internal discussions told ABC News.

Some fear their association with DOGE could make them targets if the feud escalates and Trump moves to investigate the government-slashing initiative that Musk led until he stepped away last week, the sources said.

Good. They should all be fired and if anyone ever applies to where I work with DOGE on their resume, I’m going to invite them in for an interview simply to laugh in their face.

Why do they think they should be protected from the type of havoc they are inflicting on other working people?

Man I feel so damned sorry for those DOGE staffers who might get treated like they treated THOUSANDS of people.

Given how they ran things, I think it’d be most fair to allow grok to interview each of them an assign the method it sees fit on a case by case basis.

So, I believe the Constitution of the United States of America quite clearly stated that no one person should/would have the AUTHORITY to destroy the public faith that there will be a tomorrow. Perhaps I misread it.

Would make sense in the bat shit crazy illogical world of the Donvict to sacrifice “Big Balls” to the angry mobs. His strategy is solving problems he creates after all.

The fight is fake. It’s meant to distract you from the fact that DOGE is stealing your information and to drive traffic to their respective social media sites. You’ve been conned…again.

I originally started this response to complain about you posting this same type of comment in thread after thread after thread.

That is…until I looked at your post history. I only went back 9 pages of your history, which represents 13 days. However in that time I did not see ONE SINGLE POST that wasn’t complaining.

In the last 13 days you’ve contributed nothing to any thread except complain about trump, putin, russia, the GOP, etc. I don’t like those things either, but you’re made it your entire identity for at least the last 13 days. That’s not healthy, man. Seriously, that is a disturbing amount of commitment to those type of comments.
