I thought cats were scared of snakes and that’s why they jump from cucumbers.
Cats are actually pretty good at dealing with snakes thanks to their quick reaction. Though it’s not a guarantee.
Yeah but for every cat rule there is another one that goes I’m doing my own thing and swims in the sea something.
If that’s a behavior they do to kittens, I can see that being the case.
If anything, it’s the cat who’s anthrop… uh… felynomorphizing the snek

Fuck if I have it. My uncle was on a “Antarctic cruise”, everyone else got out of the water and he didn’t stop to think why. Up comes the leopard seal and he didn’t do his prep work on going to Antarctica so he didn’t think they were dangerous. Gets a really good close up video, sells it to natgeo because no one else is stupid enough to get that close to a leopard seal.
