While immigration officers support the Trump administration’s goal of deporting undocumented migrants, many of them have grown ‘disillusioned’ with leadership’s tactics, according to reports
Morale is “plummeting” among federal law enforcement officers tasked with carrying out the Trump administration’s aggressive anti-immigration operation, as they complained that long hours, ambitious arrest quotas and hatred from the public, according to reports.
While officers at Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Patrol, overseen by the Department of Homeland Security, said they supported the administration’s goal of deporting undocumented migrants, many of them have grown “disillusioned” with the tactics being implemented by leadership.
More than 20 current and former immigration officials told The New York Times of their discontent in the hours following the fatal shooting of 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti by a federal agent in Minneapolis.
It was the second deadly shooting of a U.S. citizen carried out by a federal agent in weeks, as officers clashed with protesters following intense public anger over the violence in Minneapolis.
No one cares. We all hate you. Get fucked, brown shirts.
I care. It’s nice to know they’re miserable.
Any win we can take is good. If they do their job worse due to moral it’s a small victory.

Awww…how sad…their Morale is plummeting. Boo fuckin’ hoo.
Hopefully it makes them less effective

Hey, ICE agents. A really good way to permanently solve your morale problem would be if you hanged yourselves. All the problems you’ve caused yourselves, your families, your communities, and this nation would be over. Please, do it. You are all unloved and untouchables. You will never be so again. It’d be easy. Google can even teach you how to tie a noose.
You ICE agents might as well do it now before society brings its revenge on you. It’d be less painful.

So when do we get the movie about how invading Minneapolis made the ICE agents sad?
And are they gonna make it loke a Vietnam veteran flick from the 80s? Except have them opening fire onto people holding milkshakes or something? Or maybe edit it to make it like they were under heavy machine gun fire and took massive casualties while their humane and PC leader from afar told them not to do anything before they went ‘fuck it! Enough with this woke shit!’ And returned fire after half their unit was dead?
Idiocracy 2: the alternate timeline
Great, then quit.
None of those guys could get real jobs, and there isn’t that much demand for mall cops.
Let’s be real here, who can follow in the footsteps of Paul Blart?
Think less Paul Blart and more Ronnie Barnhardt from the movie released two months after PB:MC.
Jesus, I think you just figured it out. It’s all the dead malls.
Great, then they should go back to their mother’s basement.
Who would have thought Amazon caused all this by killing brick and mortar stores and malls, thus creating the mall cop to ICE pipeline.
All this time I thought it was caused by Amazon dumping money into the Trump administration. Completely different.
If you are one of those people criticising peaceful protest as “not enough” this is proof it does something. It may not be enough on its own, but despite everything, they’re people and they suffer from repeated, massed, loud criticism and insults. This is the mechanism through which peaceful protests can work.
Also, it’s very important to be numerous and visible. Most people feel the need to follow the herd and go along with whatever the majority is doing, to a greater or lesser extent. Very few people will act in isolation. Protests are a show of numbers, and that makes a huge difference in helping people to contribute in still greater numbers. Just as it erodes morale on one side, it boosts it on the other. And if in the end, the situation must devolve into violent confrontation, those numbers will make all the difference.
Peaceful protests and don’t sell anyone associated with ICE any food until they die of starvation, peacefully.
Seriously though, I think businesses refusing service to ICE is a powerful form of protest, even if they don’t starve.
Is it the peaceful protest or the surge in searches for “stand your ground” and “castle doctrine” tacked on to being kicked out of hotels and restaurants?
Why not both?
won’t someone PLEASE think of the gestapo!
They are not the gestapo, they are the SA. The gestapo have their origins in pre-Kaiser Germany to prevent socialist uprising BECAUSE OF COURSE IT WAS!
Oh I’m thinking of them.
Quotas ಠ_ಠ
Darn. Maybe they should quit.
Adverse selection. The folks that stick around are going to be the meanest, dumbest, and most cynical
They will stick around out of sheer passion for putting their boot on necks.
Oh no, the gestapo is getting hassled over murdering people and its hurting their poor feefees.
I feel so bad for them. /s
Dude. I’ve looked everywhere. I can’t find a single fuck to give!
Seriously! They’re not under the couch or in the fridge…
Hold on… Nope none in my hat.
O well 🤷
The next day: so I did find a whole bunch inside the toilet water tank. Unfortunately I’ve decided to hold on to all them and I’m not going to be giving any away.
Good and fuck them. Zero sympathy for the asswipe neo-Nazis.
Good
Zero fucking sympahty. Those cunts only signed up like reactionary teenagers because everyone else told them their ideas and bigotry were shit and now they’re whining that people continue to consider them and their bigotry shit.
Fucking dumbasses
